Fresenius BioBasic BioGas, Landfill or Waste Water Analyzer for measurement of Methane (CH4) and Carbon Dioxide (CO2) 0-100% vol. via NDIR, Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) 0-2.000 ppm (10,000 ppm overload) and Oxygen (O2) with electrochemical sensors (All Optional). 4 digital 24VDC/DC inputs, 6 digital outputs and 4 x 4-20mA analog outputs per sampling point, up to 5 sampling points . Includes sequencer, 4 LPM internal sampling pump, sintered metal filter, pressure regulator 0.7-1.1 bar, fresh air purge, touch panel, RS232, condensate trap, pump, level monitoring, automatic drain and flame barrier. ATEX certification included, UL optional.

The BioBasic is a gas analyzer that was developed for the fast and reliable online-gas-measurement in biogas plants .

The BioBasic analyzes the quality of the process gas and thus allows the operator an efficient process control to maximize the methane yield. In addition, the BioBasic analyzes the H2S content in the process gas. This metric is used to initiate appropriate measures for the protection of gas engines and catalysts. It may also be configurated to your individual needs.
